We have a range of both large and small companies that, on a monthly or quarterly basis, need a highly skilled Excel expert to review data sets to identify new trends, broken trends, and anomalies. We prefer to charge a lower fixed fee for this and charge per “wow” instead.
The Report Factory
Are you or your employees stuck with a manual process that takes an enormous amount of time and constantly results in errors anyway? Would you prefer to get rid of it entirely? We can take over the entire workflow for a fixed fee. You upload a file to a server or email the data, and a few days later you receive a finished report back, typically on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Diagnosis and Documentation
Do you have an Excel file and you’re not quite sure how it works? Sometimes it works correctly, sometimes it doesn’t, and every day you use it, you hold your breath and hope it lasts at least one more day. We know the feeling, and you naturally shouldn’t have to feel that way. Let us take a look at it. The first thing we do is review the process and flag specific steps that are risky (in some cases, we can’t help but solve the problem immediately). While we are performing a diagnosis, we can also put together documentation for future use to make it as easy as possible to use.
