Create conditional formatting
To create conditional formatting, do as follows:
- Select the range of cells you want to format.
(Some conditional formatting, such as colour scales, also depends on the content of other cells controlled by the same conditional formatting. Keep that in mind when you select the range of cells! - Click Conditional Formatting under the Home tab and choose the formatting you want. See examples below.
