Budget

Every single change automatically logs the date it was changed, for traceability.

A questionnaire survey suddenly lands in your lap. Now you have to compile all the responses and also e-mail an Excel file out to an entire organisation. Sounds complicated? It doesn’t have to be. We have done questionnaires in Excel in all their forms and know every way they can go wrong. On top of that, we can compile all the responses at the push of a button so you don’t have to sit and do it manually.
Analysis Model
Do you have more data than you can put to use? Sales from different systems with different formats, different spellings of customer names, budget figures whose dates of course don’t match the other data sources, and costs that only exist at department level. You most likely have very similar problems to many others in Swedish business, and in that case we have very probably solved your exact problem before. We have also learned to visualise the most complex problems in a simple way, so that those who are going to read the report can actually take in the data.
HR Process
Do you have a completely impossible process that someone built manually sometime in the 90s, that generation after generation of employees has added processes to, and which now, like Frankenstein, seems to have taken on a life of its own? We may not have a ready-made process, but we have rescued many such processes. In some cases we can identify the riskiest steps and fix them, in others we use the old model as a requirements specification for a completely new process that we build from scratch.
